Definition of Volunteer Title's

 Box Tops - helps collect box tops from products & students, assist in sorting box tops, supervise box top contest at end of the school year - Year round event. (Chair - Belinda Harrell)

Lost and Found - Locating owners of lost and found items. ( Chair - Belinda Harrell)

Volunteer Coordinator - assist in contacting parents that have volunteered for scheduled events.

Parent Information Nights/Family Nights/Health Fair - assist staff in coordinating events, which can include setting up tables, taking down tables, assist with snacks, and/or distribution of materials.

Cookie Dough Fundraiser - assist Mrs. French and staff with sorting and handing out cookie dough. (Chair - Tracy Lindsey)

Fall Farmers Market - assist in setting up tents, table, trash pick up, monitoring booths, collecting money for activities, including duties assigned by Lead Chair. (Chair - Andrea FitzGerrell)

Yearbook - asist in obtaining pictures, information, order forms, sales and delivery of school yearbooks to students. Pictures are year round - delivery in May. ( Chair - Jessica Ramirez)

Grade Level Home Room Parent Coordinator - contact homeroom Parent regarding upcoming classroom events and activities and/or duties assigned by Lead Chair. ( Chair - Brandy Duncan)

     Grade Level Homeroom Chair persons PK - 4 - Responisble for sigining up new homeroom parent    
      volunteers for each assigned grade level. Work with Lead Chair/Grade Level Home Room Parent  
     Coordinator to assure all classrooms have homeroom parents as well as overseeing scheduled events.

     Homeroom Parent - assist teacher in scheduled events for classrooms. Including but not limited to

Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) - A large focus on male mentoring where Dads, Uncles, Grandfathers, etc. volunteer at the school to assist with school activities/functions. ( Chair - Joe Asaro / Chris Hebert )

Book Fair - Assist in setting up/taking down merchandise, operating cash register, helping students choose books, shifts will be scheduled according to your availability. ( Chair - Kimberly Asaro)

T-Shirt Sizing and Wrapping - assist in collecting sizes from each child, help sort and wrap t-shirts by class, help with distribution. ( Chair - Jessica Ramirez )

3rd Grade Music Program - Assist in preparing props, costumes, and students for program.

4th Grade Music Program - Assist in preparing props, costumes, and students for program.

Polar Express/Ornament Day - Assist staff with preparing hot chocolate and helping students with ornaments. Assist Santa with delivery of T-shirts.

Career Day - Assist Counselor with gathering sponsors and parents for Career day.

Field Day - Assist Enrichment team in planning and gathering volunteers for field day. Help set up and tear down stations.

Recycling - assist Lead Chair in collecting and disposing of recycled materials. ( Andrea FitzGerrell)
